1. Handmade and Custom Products
Our products are fully handmade and tailored to your specifications, ensuring their uniqueness and quality. This significantly reduces the likelihood of defects.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Defective Products: If your product has a defect, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
- Other Issues: For any other concerns, reach out within seven (7) days of delivery to explore potential solutions.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at crochetwithzari@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will promptly craft and dispatch your replacement.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided for a defective item.
- Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
